My strengths lie in the ability to make a connection with whomever I meet, whether it be a CEO, my sons' teacher, or someone asking for spare change. In my current profession, my work is focused on creating a program to empower our military service members to reach out to others with intentional peer support. It is a life line to many and can benefit all of our communities.
