Bio
In 1986 I joined the United States Army as a 31C Single Channel Radio Operator, I also completed the 11B Basic Infantry Course, I served in various positions in both specialties. While in the Service I obtained my EMT National Certification before medically retiring in 1999. Currently I'm a Labor Relations Specialist for the USPS where I am an Arbitration Advocate who advises Postal Management.

Radio Team Chief for an Army Special Operations Aviation Battalion; responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of fourteen tactical radio systems and all components; plans, coordinates and executes assigned tactical deployments providing for all communications requirements; responsible for over $100,000. worth of equipment.

LRS Team Leader
Throughout my assignment to F Company, 52nd Infantry (LRS-ABN) I served in multiple assignments during a reclassification from a Communications MOS to an Infantry MOS. Radio Supervisor in a Corps Long Range Surveillance Co responsible for the supervision of two Radio Base Stations containing 8 HF Radio systems and associated auxiliary equipment worth over $400,000 worth of equipment. Company Air Operations NCO responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all airborne, air assault and air movement operations. Request JA/ATT aircraft, Army aviation, parachute support, drop zones, training areas and ranges. Briefs all airborne operations. LRS Team Leader 11B2V for a Long Range Surveillance Team Leader responsible for the morale, welfare and training of 3 LRS Team members.

Air Assault Instructor
Instructor for the Army Aviation War Fighting Center's Air Assault School; assist the commander in the safety, training and physical fitness for over 1,200 students attending the school annually; prepares lesson plans and conducts effective instruction of all phases of air assault operations; as a subject matter expert, evaluates student progress by administering written and hands-on evaluations. Served as a unit Rappel Master on both tower and aircraft operations.
