Director Center for Rapid Product Development
Established the Center for Rapid Product Development and build project Angel fire as its first project. Project Angel Fire was the first wide area surveillance systems and provided support to the USMC over Fallujha for 2 years. Angel Fire became Blue Devil and deployed to Afghanistan. The Center for Rapid Product Development was to show the Air Force that new systems could be developed quickly in support of on going warfighter needs. Project Angel Fire demonstrated that it was possible. Angel Fire supported the USMC and received numerous Air Force level awards.
