Responsible for the overall clinical operations of Harbor Hall that includes: clinical management for Harbor Hall’s 38 bed residential facility, 2 sub-acute detoxification beds, outpatient substance abuse treatment services in Petoskey and in Cheboygan, Prevention in Cheboygan County, 2 men’s sober living residences, one woman’s sober living residenc, 15 therapists, 9 Evening Supervisors, Detoxification counselor and 8 support staff.

Advance to CPO during this period. Worked as Director of the Counseling and Assistance Center and at the same time was one of 3 chiefs responsible for berthing space rehabilitation during a comprehensive overhaul period in Philly. After we left the yards was assigned to IM-3 as the shop chief and CAAC.
