Worked in the position of Maintenance Superintendent in Red section. where we got to set a few records one wit DOC Craighead where we flew the most sorties every flown by a sqdn during a exercise. AWe also spent many TDY's to Spain.
Retired when I rotated from here to Valdosta Georgia.

Went to Aberdeen Army base for Vehicle Body School 6 Months and while I was in cross training I got promoted to
E-7, My Dad became sick and we lost him while stationed here and I received a Humanitarian transfer to Eglin AFB to take care of MOM.

Crew Chief F-111 Aircraft 8 Months then moved to Job control was due to Rotate back to the states in 6 Months when President Johnson decided a good way to save money was to extend all overseas tours by 1 year hence 4 years at upper Heyford
