Joined the Marines in 2008...served until 2012 as a 3381. After getting out of the Marines I worked at the Oklahoma Forensic Center where I was a Food Service Specialist...which the Marines helped me with since that was my MOS...and I did very well there. There's much more I need to put here but I just joined this site and it's pretty overwhelming...so I'm going to work on a rough draft...lol.

FOOD SERVICE SPECIALIST COURSE (A1433L1): The purpose of this course is to train entry-level and MOS re-designated Marines to standard IOT perform duties as a Food Service Specialist, MOS 3381. The scope of this course includes the use of proper sanitation practices, fundamentals of cooking and baking, and garrison and expeditionary food service operations.
