Back in the day Aco 4th tanks was based at Camp Elliot, across the highway from what was then NAS Miramar. The MOS selection was incomplete as back then we did not yet have M1s in the Corp. I was an 1811 tank crewman/tank commander on an M60A1. Those were good times with good men. I think about them often.
