Field Wireman
Set up and maintained a field telephone network for the operation of the Direct Air Support Center. I was a one Marine shop who reported to a Gunny. Two other Marines who were Sergeants were always TAD to the rifle range or on a MEU. I was responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and inventorying all the equipment. I went on multiple ops in the woods of North Carolina, and I went to Yuma, AZ twice for ops, and I went to twenty-nine palms, CA for CAX in Jan-Feb 2000.
