I formerly worked as the Chief, Network Operations for the US Army Reserve Military Intelligence Readiness Command at Fort Belvoir, Virginia as an Army Reserve AGR Soldier. I worked with four 25B qualified NCOs. I was an Organizational Unit (OU) administrator for the command and supported over 30 administrators spread across a 26 state command footprint including Hawaii and Molesworth, England.
Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with air brake, passenger, and school bus endorsements.

Transitioned to an Army Retiree
Retired from Active Duty with 22 years, 3 months, 29 days. Went through the mandatory process of physicals, Soldier for Life (formerly known as ACAP -Army Career and Alumni Program), attended job fairs, got mandatory medical appointments completed, cleared the installation, transitioned out of the Army. Permissive TDY and transition leave was also included in this time.

Information Systems Technician
Served as the Senior FTUS for the S6 section in a Sustainment Brigade Headquarters. Managed Brigade ATC account, verified compliance tracking, and training for over 400 assigned personnel. Performed overhaul of Brigade AKO website, organizing files and folders, removing outdated material, and restructuring file permissions. Processed upwards of 75 new user accounts through ARAMP, ensuring prerequisite IA training completion. Directed help desk style staff of 6 Soldiers during drill weekend in training unit members on ARNet process and basic computer help. Managed RAPIDS.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
I worked as the SIPR webmaster for 3d COSCOM / V Corps Rear G6. When V Corps moved to Baghdad, I became the System Administrator and the "Go to guy" for the 3d COSCOM. I then took care of the maintenance and admin tasks for 3 separate networks, including 13 servers in our facility, and continued to assist everyone with computer problems.
