After the first three years as a straight leg infantry man in 2/1st Inf, I had the honor of graduating the Special Forces Qualification course in 1998. For the rest of my career, I served in one of America's Finest units, 1/1 Special Forces Group. I served on A-Teams for the rest of my career with the exception of 3 years in SWC at Ft. Bragg. Those A-Teams were 116 HALO, 185, SCUBA and in 1/1 CIF
