Rewrote maintenance plan to focus on cross-functional training of all technicians in avionics, flight line, flight equipment and hydraulics. Reduced scheduled maintenance time for A, B, and C phase inspections from an average of five working days to 7 hours and the D phase inspection from and average of 14 work days to 16 hours.
