While serving as the Assistant Battalion S-4, I was independently responsible with the scheduling and long term planning of training for Alpha, Bravo and Charlie companies for Engineer Officer Basic Courses and Captain’s Carrier Courses. Schedules included projecting over 2 year out, balancing classroom training and field training modules with overlapping courses. Individually tasked with developing and coordinating long term scheduling of facilities on Post with individual units tasked for supporting training and learning. Issued and maintained Secret Security Clearance. Assigned temporary responsibility of higher positions during supervisor’s absence.
