After my military service, I have spent the lion share of my professional career becoming experienced in the fields of construction and community/land development, where my project total volume is in the neighborhood of $275MM. I have also been a licensed RE agent for 9 years. I specialize in consulting and representing both commercial and residential clients in buying and selling real estate. Nineteen years of comprehensive leadership and management skills in the areas of land/community development, commercial & industrial construction, acquisitions, logistical planning, sales, marketing, technological integration, contractual negotiations, and disaster preparedness/response. Project Management of $275+M aggregate. Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Colorado.

Military Experiences

Resources Flight Commander
Managed the real estate for AF Space Command, the squadron annual budget and appropriation, the squadron staffing, and the squadron communication infrastructure. Total real estate managed equated to 625 total square miles of real property at locations all around the world. Annual budget was $51.75 Million. Total manned positions in the squadron were approximately 350. Communication infrastructure consisted of 350+ workstations, 3 servers, 2 switches, and numerous routers/hubs. Received Space Command recognitions and awards for successful and productive mission accomplishments.

Flight Commander
As the Based Disaster Preparedness Officer, managed the training and ensured the proper staffing and equipping of the Disaster Response Group, consisting of the Wing Commander, all Group Commanders, and 3rd party agencies such as the NSA and the OSI. Ensured proper coordination and training of all agency officials, internal and external to the installation, for the response to any and all types of expected disasters on the installation and/or within our designated response area. Trained deployable forces in the design/construction of a modular city anywhere around the world in 72 hours.

Major command representative for the Plant Replacement Value (PRV) initiative toward programming of yearly funds across the US Air Force, working directly with HQ AF directorate. Through the PRV initiative, over $3 Billion in replacement value was identified for Bolling AFB, thus justifying a $3 Million annual budget increase to base maintenance and operations.
