Provided input regarding all issues on the structure and impacts of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle program to the Intelligence Center Commander and DA. Reviewed and researched all proposals affecting structure and operations, to include the writing, proofreading, editing, and staffing of these proposals to provide guidance in manning levels and personnel standards required to perform intelligence functions, affecting over 20,000 personnel.
