Senior planner/training developer and evaluator for three consecutive Red Dragon exercises, an annual CONUS multi-state, multi-agency CBRNE/WMD mass casualty/emergency response exercise utilizing criteria based on NIMS, ICS, and HSEEP principles and guidelines as well as applicable agency-specific doctrine.
