Developed tactics, techniques, and procedures to implement the precision strike package on the AC/MC-130W airframe at Cannon AFB, NM. Responsible for evaluating equipment and identifying shortfalls of system to decision makers to acquire funding to fix deficiencies. Responsible for developing and implementing initial, differences, and continuation training for a technically complex system to multiple geographically separate locations.
