Strength Manager
Served as the Brigade Strength Manager for a Civil Affairs Brigade; assisted in managing all 38A and low desity MOSs for the command; requisitioning and slotting all assigned personnel; reporting and filling all authorized slots withing the 95th Civil Affairs command, providing strength reports to the command and USASOC. Worked closely with the brigade Deputy Commander in managing the 38A population. Advised the commander on soldier and personnel readiness and strength levels of subordinate units. Reviewed consolidated reports and statistics in TOPMIS and eMILPO. Prepared recommendations on personnel actions to higher HQs. Reviewed and prepared reports and data on strength and personnel. Advised the commander, adjutant and other staff on admin actions. Served as BDE adjutant as needed.

Brigade Adjutant
Brigade S1 for the Army's only active airborne Civil Affairs brigade consisting of five regionally aligned battalions and HHC which includes over 1300 personnel currently supporting special operations forces executing the Global War on Terrorism mission across the world; principal advisor to the Brigade Commander on matters pertaining to personnel and human resources (HR); responsible for all facets of HR support to include: strength management, finance, records maintenance, evaluations, awards, casualty operations, civilian personnel actions and family programs; provides staff direction and guidance to 5 officers and 45 enlisted HR personnel assigned to the BDE; responsible for the training, readiness, health, welfare and fitness of 1 warrant officer, 6 NCOs, 2 soldiers and 1 civilian.

Deputy J1
Served as Deputy J1 for CFSOCC-A consisting of over 5000 personnel representing all US military services and 4 coalition nations. Provided the J1 with thorough analysis of current and future operations within the operations spectrum. Monitored and tracked all incoming and outgoing personnel as well as the replacement flow of personnel. Maintained oversight on strength management and casualty reporting. Supervised several NCOs in the J1 section. Served as the J1/Director of Personnel during his/her absence. Responsible for current operations within the J1 section. Daily interface with 12 HQs sections and component units involving personnel issues. Promulgated personnel policy for a joint task force requiring knowledge of army and sister service regulations and policies.
