Managed the Defense Travel System for the J1 as the Organizational Defense Travel Administrator responsible for more than $5M in North Atlantic Treaty Organization travel supporting detainee operations. Identified J1 key tasks for joint mission essential task list and completed the five year plan checklists for the directorate. Updated and verified more than 300 positions for the Joint Manning Document to ensure that personnel requirements were in line with mission. Authored the JTF Closedown J1 Concept Plan of Action Milestones for the proposed closure of JTF GTMO.
