I have been in maintenance my entire 16+ years with the exception of a stint in support and a stint as an expediter. I have never had the opportunity to go outside my career field and do anything else. I am hoping that now that I have a line number for MSgt I will get more oportunities to venture outside my career field. My next major career goal is to make SMsgt and then possibly CMsgt someday.
