Major Brian James is an Army strategist and has served as a communications and infantry officer. He has worked at a strategist at an Army 4-Star command, managed planning and operations at an enterprise communications unit, and many positions of responsibility as a junior officer. MAJ James was awarded a master’s degree in National Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2013.
