Brigade S1 NCOIC for a multi-compo Intelligence Brigade consisting of over 1,600 active duty military, and civilian personnel in five battalions dispersed throughout the United States. Provides direction for enlisted Personnel Readiness Management (PRM) and interfaces with the BDE CSM; technical expert on Personnel Information Management (PIM); conducts human resources (HR) planning, operations, services.

Oversaw the daily production, supervision, management and recruitment training of 32 recruiters and 8 offices. Responsible for implementing extensive cross training programs for leadership, personnel management, and resource utilization. Performed monthly statistical analysis and determined marketing strategies to enhance recruitment efforts. Also, served as a master trainer, physical fitness trainer, and supervisor of professional development.
