Bio
I am a job coach, resume writer, mentor, author, and public speaker. My passion is help individuals in their job search in whatever way I am able. Having learning the hard way about transitioning out of the military and working on both sides of the employment process (hiring and job seeking), I have developed a unique perspective on the hiring process and what it takes to be successful.

Battalion Logistics Officer (S4)
Led the unit through a successful rapid deployment exercise conducted by 82nd Airborne Division as well as scoring a 98% on the annual IG inspection, despite having only 50% of the required officers in the unit.
Aug 1975 - May 1977
Asst. BN Operations Officer (S-3)
Developed FORSCOM operations doctrine and rapid deployment doctine for the Battalion.
Jul 1975 - Aug 1976
Battery Executive Officer
Oversaw the conversion of the unit from TRADOC to FORSCOM status while leading 2 firing platoons and 2 A&T platoons through successful live firing certifications at White Sands,NM.
Aug 1973 - Jun 1975
Platoon Leader
Responsible for a LANCE missile firing platoon & A&T platoon and set up, opened, ran and closed range camps in White Sands, NM for the annual firing certifications of LANCE units located in West Germany.
