Coordinate and liaise with the Department of Defense, the Joint Staff, and Military Services to conduct Congressional mandated multi-year programs to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War. Evaluate Congressional mandate and Secretary of Defense’s guidance to develop and write strategic plan to guide a 13-year commemoration program.

Directed and led 300 intelligence personnel to support 4-star commanding general and his staff, US Embassy-Baghdad, US Central Command, and five subordinated commands with fused all-source intelligence and served as Director for Intelligence (J2) of the Force Strategic Engagement Cell. Developed and produced the Indication and Warning Program to monitor Iraq stability resulting in expedited predictive, strategic and operational risk mitigation for war fighters and shaped events. Coordinated and supported all disciplines of intelligence for sensitive diplomatic and military negotiations, resulting in return of captured American and allied persons to US control. Provided analytical support for force protection, including CI and C-IED.
