OCIE NCO
Achieved status as an in-demand temp worker for job descriptions outside of my assigned job skill. Managed front-desk reception, database administration, spreadsheet creation, meeting scheduling and expense/PO tracking. Responsible for tracking and recording all shipments inbound and outbound, as well as scheduling all customer pick-ups.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn organizational processes, workflows, policies and procedures of various companies. Supervised and trained up to eight personnel on new equipment and procedures.
Installed and established new software for inventory control and personnel data entry that resulted in a rapid increase in production flow and task completion.
Developed PowerPoint presentations, new tracking systems and reports.
