In 1972 I was drafted in the US ARMY, I was taken out of college and was one of the last draftees for you see the draft ended July 3rd and I reported June 27th. As I stated I was in college, attending Dillard University on an academic scholarship. In 1971 Congress abolish the college deferment program so if you were drafted you had to go. I spent 6 years in the Army as a communicator, would not tr 1979 - 1982 LETTER CARRIER USPS 1982 - 2013 MANAGEMENT USPS
