11 years of service. I have served as a driver, dispatcher, team leader, PSD NCO, PAC NCO, MPI NCOIC, Battalion Training NCOIC, Squad Leader, and Platoon Sergeant. Training, leading and mentoring Soldiers is my driving force to stay in the Army. I strive for the next level of responsibility and am always looking for ways to improve.
