I pride myself on setting the example, mentorship and motivating Soldiers. I volunteer for anything that I feel will make me a better leader. Often times to show my Soldiers that if I can do it so can they. My goal is to finish my degree, attend some more schools and to continue to motivate, and mentor Soldiers.
