Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
This was my first combat deployment and subsequently my last. While deployed, myself and approximately 19 other Marines were attached to a BFG National Guard unit 2-136 out of MN. We controlled the area surrounding Camp Fallujah and all the way to the Euphrates River.
