Analyze and plan bulk petroleum and water requirements for more than 2,500 personnel. Coordinate logistics support across multiple locations to support operational requirements. Plan multiple logistics projects. Responsible for more than 1 million gallons of petroleum, bulk water, fortification materials, and general cargo and supplies. Work multiple military installations to include Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Yakima Training Center, and Fort Irwin, CA. Work with local shipping ports to include Port of Tacoma (sea) and Port of SeaTac (air). Work with local rail lines for rail haul of cargo to various destinations. Work with vendors and suppliers for Army contracts. Review reported quality control metrics for petroleum performance requirements.

Logistics and Security Adviser to the Kandahar police Battalion Trained, mentored, and advised 5 senior Afghan police officials at the Kandahar police Battalion. Negotiated and mediated internal logistical problems among different Afghan police substations and higher headquarters. Advised police of security issues.
