Dr. David Leffler is a former Associate of the Proteus Management Group at the Center for Strategic Leadership, US Army War College. Proteus published an appendix about Invincible Defense Technology (IDT) titled: "An Overlooked, Proven Solution to Terrorism" It appeared in "55 Trends Now Shaping the Future of Terrorism." Nearly 2000 locations worldwide have published IDT articles by Dr. Leffler. Dr. Leffler has given presentations at Korea Institute for Defense Analyses, Seoul National University, Russian Air Force Academy, Russian Academy of Sciences, & US defense-related institutions. He spoke at the "5th Annual Countering IEDs - Assessing the IED Threat and its Evolution on the Battlefield and in the Homeland" conference. His briefing title was "Invincible Defense Technology as a Means to Prevent the Implementation of IEDs"
