Applied operational air and missile defense (AMD) experience to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment, maintenance, and support of assigned ballistic missile defense operations. Analyzed, developed, and evaluated detailed AMD, ballistic missile defense (BMD), mobilization, deployment, contingency, tactical and strategic airlift, training plans, goals, and objectives. Led detachment operational planning efforts to execute missile defense operations within the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) AoR.

Advised the Brigade Commander on engagement procedures, recommended airspace control measures, air defense warnings, weapons control status, emission control measures, and AMD system capabilities and limitations.
