Bio 

I have developed a unique skill set that encompasses all forms of management, planning and development. These include real estate, economics, development, urban design, environmental and transportation planning. I look to work and/or volunteer to build communities that promote sustainable solutions and allow future generations to thrive and enjoy their environment. My specialties include: Urban Planning, Urban Design, Commissioner, Transportation Planning, Freight, Goods Movement, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Research, Transit, Environmental, Watershed, Fisheries, Resources, and Expert witness. I also served as a volunteer in my community for over 25 years. The breadth of my experience is used to build sustainable communities for future generations to enjoy.

NCOIC, Driver Training (64C20Z)
NCOIC of driver training. Last military instructor on Ft. Ord before it was turned over to civilian workforce. Instituted a user/driver program during cuts in the early 80s. Taught, tested and licensed 2,000 personnel for their SF46.

Supported various experiments at Ft. Hunter Liggett, CA and winter tank gunnery in Mountain Home, ID.

Training NCO/Asst Platoon Ldr (64C20)
Training NCO for the Transportation Co. Planned and executed annual training for 150 personnel. Delegated needed training to other leadership based on their expertise. Conducted FTX and annual range and AFPT testing. Conducted morning PT and supervised Orderly Room personnel.

Motor Transport Operator/Sqd Ldr (64C20)
Squad leader and motor sergeant for vehicles in support of various experiments at Ft. Hunter Liggett. Support in development of and test driver for HMMWV (Humvee), support to Bradley Fighting Vehicle and M-1 Abrams tank experiments. Received two achievement awards and company plaques for best vehicle readiness and best vehicle inspector.

I ETS'd since I was at Ft. Hunter Liggett, just married, and received a promotional career, non-accompanied assignment for E-6 to P'anmunjom. Choices were to accept assignment or be forced out of the military.
