Served as Army’s senior marketing executive directing leading the reorganization and rebranding of all marketing efforts; oversaw a multi-million dollar annual budget. Managed a marketing team of 64 people consisting of in-house creatives, program managers, and field marketing representatives. Direct oversight of Army’s seven agency partners responsible for advertising, public relations, multicultural event marketing, digital, social media, gaming, mobile, and research. Supervised brand licensing program.

Selected as a Corporate Fellow by the Secretary of Defense, one of only eight officers from all four services to work with Fortune 500 companies in a year-long program identifying and evaluating best practices and technologies to transform the Department of Defense.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Didn't deploy but as a Battalion Commander we ran the deployment for 2BCT, 2ID and earned the Chief of Staff Deployment Excellence Award. We also deployed one of our Q36 Radar Sections.

Operation Roving Sentry
As a Battery Commander ran several refugee camps in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
