Supervised the preparation of approximately 15,000 Board Consideration Files to ensure individuals meet eligibility criteria; reviewed all Standby Advisory Board Files to ensure they meet the established requirements;ensured prompt, accurate response to congressional inquiries; drafted and approved all correspondence announcing boards to include all DA MILPER MESSAGES and individual correspondence to each Soldier within the zone of consideration. HRC STL Enlisted Branch convened the first US Army Promotion Board electronically.
