Over 15 years experience in Federal EEO & Diversity (GS-14 and above). I have worked in all the Inspector General offices within the Department of Treasury serving as the Chief EEO Official, managing and standing up the IG EEO Office. I have also served at the Department level (GS-15) in the Office of Civil Rights and Diversity, establishing policy and setting direction.
