I was the First Sergeant for a Medium Duty Truck Company. Our mission was to transport all classes of supply from Balad Air Base, or LSA Anaconda, to outlying FOB's.

Operation Desert Shield/Storm

I was a Staff Sergeant Squad Leader of a Heavy Truck Company. Prior to the ground war starting, our main mission was to transport tanks and such to the front line, after which, we moved our base forward and began recovery operations. Going into Kuwait and Iraq to retrieve broken or destroyed tracked vehicles.
