Facility SGM
Served as Facility SGM for a 146-bed, medium custody, joint service, United States Army Correctional Activity-Europe. Responsible for the daily management of a myriad of operational and administrative actions focused on retaining a safe, secure and regulatory compliant environment for all assigned staff and confined inmates. Responsible for the health, welfare and training of over 140 staff members and civilians. Developed, planned, and implemented policy and procedure for security and emergency requirements for the safety of all staff and inmates. As a manager, supervised and coordinated all correctional, custodial, treatment, and rehabilitative activities of inmates and staff members in detention / corrections operations.

Technical Advisor
Performed as the Chief Supervisory Branch for the largest Department of Defense Strategic Internment Facility in direct support of the Joint Detention Group, Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay contingency operations. Directed the employment of 250 Soldiers and Sailors. Appointed as a Special Staff Officer to the Commander. Advised the commander on camp policies, practices, and procedures. Conducted investigations in to regulatory noncompliance, detainee assaults, and misconduct. Advised the Commander in the treatment and management of the worlds most sinister and prolific high value detainees, including future requirements on Command Security Management to maintain diligent security levels.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
Supported a US enabled operation that defined the end-state of the Afghanistan Campaign Plan by maintaining expert oversight of 9,113 detainee records in the Detainee Reporting System, 8,000 escorts, 900 intakes, and the release of over 1,800 detainees no longer deemed a threat to the United States, or the government of Afghanistan.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Built a 92 Soldier task force responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all task force operations. Built and developed a Multi-National Corps-North Iraqi Police Academy capable of training up to 1080 Iraqi Policeman every nine weeks.
