My Name is Richard Schnitzler, my friends call me Rico. I retired in 2009 after a tour in Sasebo Japan on LHD-2 USS ESSEX. Separating overseas was a bit of a challenge but I soon found employment and began to enjoy civilian life in Jacksonville, Florida. I hope to connect with old friends and meet new ones.
