Responsible for acquiring resources to provide Cyber capabilities for Department of Defense. Advocated for and presented cyber requirements and funding strategies to Senior Defense Officials. Responsible for mapping national strategy to cyber operational needs. Lead for developing the strategy for the Five Year Defense Program, the PPBE process, and Cyber Research and Development efforts. Oversaw a $240M yearly ops budget and $66M in R&D funding.
