Responsible for 9 life saving vessels and two stations. Performed the routine maintenance on the vessels, buildings and grounds, including the supervision of 45 direct reports. Administered a .5 million dollar budget annually. Ordered and maintained supply inventory. Ensured the proper running of the vessels and the facilities as far as mechanical and appearance is concerned. Handled crisis situations and responded to urgent requests for repairs. Supervised and conducted grounds maintenance for facilities insuring government standards of appearance and use.

Experience and training in CISM. CISM team leader at Toledo Fire Rescue. Certified Peer under Jeffrey T. Mitchell, Ph.D., C.T.S. the creator of the Mitchell Model for CISM program. As an Engineering Instructor I instructed students from all over the world on the engineering systems on the 44' Motor Life Boat and the casualty control procedures. Taught senior officers how to conduct inspections in compliance with USCG standards. As a Standardization Team Member I travelled the U.S. conducting inspections of the MLB's ensuring they were maintained and operated in compliance with USCG standards.
