For the first 16 years of my career, I was a Combat Engineer. I jumped from planes and helicopters, and blew things up with the infantry. Then for the last 8 years, I was a Human Intelligence Collector (aka Interrogator). Would not trade any of my units or assignments for anything in the world.

Came back from Iraq...body broken, spirit broken, marriage broken. Decided to medically retire. So, from April 2010 to April 2014, I went through the medical retirement process finally retiring from military service with 24 years, 5 months, and 1 day.
