Managed, planned and coordinated taskings, battalion resources and communications equipment in a tactical signal battalion comprised of four companies and one detachment with a strength of 664 Soldiers. Coordinated with brigade staff and subordinate units for assigned mission and training requirements to include real-world operations. Drafted all battalion memorandums of instruction, taskings and operations orders and tracked their progress until completion. Evaluated the organizational structure, functions, and workload of military and civilian personnel to ensure their proper use and requirements (manpower utilization and requirements). Allocated manpower resources to subordinate commands within established ceilings and guidance (manpower allocation).

Planned coordination and deployment of an Echelons Above Corps Tactical Satellite Company consisting of 105 U.S. Soldiers, supply, motor pool and Prescribed Load List of fifty-eight tactical vehicles and sixteen Tactical Satellite systems valued in excess of $30,000,000 and over 350 pieces of organizational and installation property valued in excess of $5,500,000 Managed 25 people in human resources, logistics, and motor maintenance activities for 120 people and $30,000,000 worth of satellite communications equipment. Created maintenance status and analysis spreadsheets to aid in recovering $1,500,000 budget credit for satellite equipment repair parts.

Analyzed, designed, developed, reviewed, validated and submitted recommendations on resident and non-resident master training schedules, programs of instruction, lesson plans, criterion test instructions, critical tasks and training publications. Monitored and controlled two military satellite C4IM networks. Supervised, planned, and directed the installation, operation, and maintenance of tactical satellite communication systems and networks, including strategic, tactical and commercial interfaces and gateways. Planned, managed, and directed military satellite communications support with U. S., U. K. and NATO in the European regional Satellite Communications Customer Support Center.
