August 2010 I was involved in an investigation into store break-ins at DG stores in Memphis, Tennessee. Team of 5 investigators along with regional LP partners teamed with the Memphis PD along with other retail LP professionals and within one week of investigation the suspects were caught and charged with $40,000.00 in theft and damages. Brought combined 19 store Big Lots districts in at 1.30% inventory shrink, the best results in the region.
