Network Engineering Manager

Planned and guided the installation of the division hub node to replace existing equipment that was freed up for use to create an autonomous hub node for the Northern Region. This work was completed so that it was practically transparent to the users.

Planned and directed the execution of the battalion’s post deployment equipment reset and retraining while simultaneously executing post support missions and providing communications support for units participating in three separate exercises, two in Texas and one in California. The first teams began support within 90 days of the unit’s return from Iraq and Afghanistan, half the standard time allotted for redeployed units.
Optimized the training plan to ensure that 100% of the unit personnel were trained on their equipment during a period of high turnover.
