Event Management Director (Protocol NCO)
The Event Management Director is the fifth person in the chain of command and acts as the Assistant Chief of Staff, in the Chief of Staff absence. Provided leadership, and oversee all Events for the Chief, National Guard Bureau. Managed sixty personnel, which include military personnel from all branches of service, civilians and contractors. All events consist of White House events, Capitol Hill events, State Department events, Presidential funerals, such as President Reagan and President Ford's funerals.

Human Resources and policy Program
Managed and perform military human resource functions, including personnel records maintenance for 300 service members. Process evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions; guide service members in personnel actions.
Oversee scheduling and coordination of meetings for senior leadership; design PowerPoint presentations. Brief supervisors on policy changes, updated HR programs, and status updates. Implement organizational needs based on information gathered from personnel interviews and surveys. Coordinated all Human Resource conferences thru out the country.

Administrative NCO
Streamlined and maintained the Correspondence Control Manager (CCM) program. Wrote, staffed and implemented policies and procedures for CCM. Assigned taskers to Divisions/Directorates for appropriate actions.
Facilitate communication and activities between organizational entities. Briefed policy administrative policy procedures to the Director, Army National Guard.
Handle and process classified/unclassified documents from all States and Territories. Proof read and prepared all documents for Director’s signature and approval. Brief Chief of Staff on late suspense’s and provided recommendation

Recruiting and Retention NCO
Manage all administrative process and procedures for all Recruiting and Retention managers thru out the United States. Evaluated personnel records and recommended potential new hirers of Recruiters.
Maintained Recruiting budget in excess of $2,000,000. Instructed Recruiters in all States and Territories on Recruiting policies and procedures. Coordinated the Chief Strength Maintenance Awards Ceremony (CSMAC) for all top Recruiters in all States and Territories. Co-Wrote and staffed policies for various Recruiting and Retention programs.
