Bio

Entered the Army the day that John Wayne died. Got lost in the Woods and then Presidio of Monterey for basic Russian. Did first tour in West Germany as a tactical linguist/analyst. Back to Monterey for intermediate Russian and then another tour in West Germany at Field Station Augsburg. I have adopted the name Sabotjedi but I don't know anybody in service who will acknowledge it. Jack of all trades. Tried to be a classroom High School Teacher but got fired because of lingering military conditions. One pissed off veteran here.

Military Experiences

Aug 1990 - Oct 1991
Platoon Leader
Began service as Tank Platoon Leader but was otherwise assigned as Officer in Charge of Family Support for the duration of Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. Became proficient as crisis counselor and advocate for family members of regimental personnel deployed to Saudi Arabia and later Liberation of Kuwait and penetration into Iraq. Ended Service with regiment as assistant operations officer. Enduring the balance of life as the most hated officer of the regiment since I was left in the rear to keep family members fed and housed and most troops did not like that. I resigned to keep my family from being killed by supported troops who made threats of death against me and my family. The Army has been my life and will be my death...
Aug 1987 - Dec 1989
Cadet
Served as Chief of Staff of Cadet Battalion, Later served as commander of Advanced Course.
