I have over 19 years of machining and welding experience in the United States Air Force. There isn’t a lathe, milling machine, welder or other piece of metal working equipment that I cannot master! I have been a shop supervisor, flight chief & squadron production supervisor at various locations throughout my career. These positions included managing/training personnel to accomplish the mission.

• Supervises and advises personnel on machining, welding, designing, and production problems • Leads design, manufacture, and modification of special precision tools, gauges, dies, and fixtures • Manages and trains personnel in welding, brazing, soldering, and heat treatment of metals • Directly leads personnel in the operation of manual and computer numerical controlled metal working machines, mills, and lathes to manufacture aircraft components and support equipment • Drives maintenance production efforts for 460 technicians, 25 geographically separated work centers, and 20 diverse specialties • Steers flying and maintenance schedules, prioritizes squadron resources to achieve flying hour program of 12K sorties and 22.1K flying hours
