HM3-IRR
Due to mounting responsibilities at my 2 civilian jobs I found it necessary to transfer to the IRR and end my affiliation with the Navy. A decision that still bothers me to this day. I more than likely would have made E-5 on the spring cycle in 2005 and was considering a commissioning program.
Unfortunately life happens. I miss the Navy but don't regret my decision.
