Battalion Maintenance Officer (BMO)
Managed, led and supervised 52 military employees assigned to four shops responsible for the repair and maintenance management of a fleet of 60 (sixty) Freightliners with 5,000 fuel tanks, 40+ HMMWV’s, 30+ 5 ton and 2.5 ton cargo vehicles and over 20 Generator Sets ranging from 3kW to 30kW and vehicular equipment including communication equipment.
Budgeted supply stock, equipment, diagnostics, tools, replacement parts and contract repairs to provide scheduled and non-scheduled repair actions.
Planned, coordinated and controlled the maintenance workflow through set work schedules and defined work processes to provide immediate attention to customer concerns.

Battalion Maintenance Officer
Responsible for services, readiness, training, and reporting for a battalion of over 200 pieces of equipment and a 60 personnel section. Including management of parts ordering, management of Logistics Information Systems such as SAMS-E (Standard Army Maintenance System–Enhanced), and VSAT (Very small aperture terminal).
Managed a Signal Battalion of over 60 Line of Sight Communications shelters, 50 Satellite systems along with all ancillary equipment to include Environmental Control Units and Power Generators, along with 2.5 ton and 5 ton cargo vehicles and 10 ton HEMTT Recovery Vehicles. Responsible for briefing to echelons of Battalion and above on equipment readiness status.

Managed, led and supervised 15 military employees assigned to shop responsible for the repair and maintenance management of a fleet of, 40+ HMMWV’s, 12+ 5 ton and 2.5 ton cargo vehicles and over 10 Generator Sets ranging from 3kW to 15kW and vehicular equipment including communication equipment that was located in 3 separate locations ranging from Northern to Southern California into Arizona.
