Worked for Kansas Lottery under company G TECH as a rep on site, assuring retailers got optimum service and that quality standards met. Worked for Blue cross and Blue shield as a written correspondent. It was my job to respond to insurance commissioners complaint filings and to get per-certifications done for insureds. Worked as a call rep for Teletech who was a vendor for Verizon. Basic call duties, credit checks, payments and bill reviews.
